Now Hiring! Human Resources Generalist.

Pay type: $70k - $75k.

Schedule: M-F

Location: Atlanta, GA area

Job Description:

• Promote a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. 
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. 
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and execution. 
• Collaborate and manage vendor relationships for full-cycle recruiting efforts and HR tasks and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. 
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting metrics. 
• Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. 
• Conduct investigations related to HR matters as needed. 
• Collaborate and assist in payroll processing. 
• Perform other duties assigned as needed. 

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred; but will consider experience instead of education.
• Experiences as HR Generalist preferably in Property Management. 
• Highest level of integrity. 
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
